We purchased an old house in Brookline that was in serious need of some flooring work. We shopped around for quotes on hardwood installation on the 2nd floor of the house. Henry was super professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant so we decided to work with him. It was overall a great experience for these reasons: 1. We changed our mind about the 2nd floor install and decided to install on the 1st floor while refinishing the 2nd floor. A curveball like this might really aggravate a contractor, but Henry took the news in stride and stride and basically vowed to do whatever made us happy. 2. He and his crew were extremely punctual and executed the work EXACTLY on time as planned. No last minute calls about needing to delay for unknown reasons. I was stunned how much they could accomplish in a single day. 3. The work was beautiful. From the install to the refinishing the work was simply beyond what we expected. They clearly took pride it doing it right and using selected pieces of hardwood. They made the refinished pine/fir flooring on 2nd floor look wonderful. Long story short. Henry and his guys will definitely get repeat business from me and my family because they stuck to their word, their price and they do great work. Was a pleasure.
