NATIONAL FUEL SAVER CORP

I spoke to a man named Jeff.  All of the people in their company are rude.  They use high pressure sales tactic and lie.  They force you to buy their product that day.  I gave the description of our car and he said it was easy to install.  He said that it would save me between 5 gallons per fill up.  I received the package a week later.  I opened it up and the box said the product was $169.  I found out it is only good for 30,000 miles not 36,000 miles that he told me.  My husband was trying to install it and couldn't find the faucet hose.  I called back and reached the president Carl.  I told him all the things I was told on the sales call that were wrong, and he said that they didn't lie.  I then called the technical help guy.  He told me that in our particular case the product isn't easy to install on a hemi.  He told me I would have to take it to a mechanic and they said that they didn't even know what the product was.

I called back Carl and told him that I was decieved.  He told me to send it back.  It cost me $20 to send it back.  I called him today and got Jeff who I asked for my refund.  He was nasty when I talked to him and then he hung up on me.

They are running a high pressure sales pitch and they do not support their customers.  It cost you money to send it back and they get nasty.  I called the credit card company to put the charge in dispute.  This companies customer service is really bad.
