The crew was sloppy: did not clean up after themselves inside and outside. I am still finding wads of insulation strewn over my property.
The crew was never punctual. They arrived usually @ 45 minutes after the appointment times and were always in a big rush to leave, letting me know that they had bigger jobs to do elsewhere.
I caught one installer walking out of my house with one of our tools. It was returned when I said something. Then, the next day after they left, I found the same tool to be missing. My husband has a strange habit of labeling his tools with a label maker so it is hard to understand how this could be a mistake. It was returned 2 weeks later.
The crew managed to break 3 handles on 3 new windows, which had to be ordered and re-installed. The interior window frames were scratched up by the installers.
The 3 pane casement window was too big for the opening but the crew managed to squeeze it in, bending the entire frame so the windows could not be opened without real elbow grease. It was eventually replaced 5 months later (by another company)!
