Locksmith Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
$730
Lock Works has assumed L&M Lock of Wellesley's book of business, and they are terrific. Called them the Wednesday before New Year's to discuss rekeying. They walked me through all the pros, cons, and costs of rekeying my existing Medeco locks (expensive) vs. replacing them with new Schlage lock hardware (to make future key duplication easier and less expensive). Carefully explained all the security advantages of the Medeco locks, even though key duplication is more difficult. Ended up sticking with the Medeco hardware. Replaced 9 cylinders; had 8 keys and 3 deadbolts made. They came and did the service on New Year's Eve day, and subsequently dropped off the bolts the following Monday. Terrific service from a highly seasoned professional. Highly recommended!
