Lucy was responsive, and accommodating to our needs. Her crew has gone above and beyond regularly, really surprising me with their attention to detail. Our home is always a treat to come home to after they are done. Competitive pricing, too.

She arrived with two crew members and they did an AWESOME job. The only thing they missed was the top of the door molding in the bathroom. (I know this because this morning I was blow drying my hair, and the wind from the blow dryer dislodged dust above the door. It went everywhere. LOL. That's my fault. I shouldn't have let it get that way in the first place.) Anyway, I was very happy with the spring cleaning. I will definitely have them back.

The deep clean went fine, but the regular maintenance ok, but not great. Floors and bathrooms were not that clean. I think that they will work with you to correct problems, but it just wasn't a great fit for us.

Work was great.

We put out requests to three companies for an estimate for a thorough deep-clean of our 980 SF condo. Lucy was the first to respond: the next day, and came out that very same day to view the condo and give an estimate. When she and 2 of her employees arrived on time at our place, I gave them free reign of the space and took my reading outside to our garden to stay out of their way. The team worked tirelessly for 4 hours. Immediately upon coming back inside, I noticed how much brighter the place looked, and 2 days later, it still smells divine. The hardwood floors are so clean that they squeak and even the area rugs are plusher. I'm still noticing little touches here and there of how clean the nooks and crannies are, little organizational improvements that I had never thought of but that free up space, make it less cluttered, easier to move around in. I immediately scheduled an ongoing maintenance from Lucy and her team for bi-weekly visits indefinitely. Do yourself a favor and hire this company. You will not regret it.

I've been using them. I've had them here about 3 times. They're good. I have no complaints, they are excellent. It took them about an hour and a half with 2 people. They are excellent.

Lucy and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment in Roslindale. The first one is a deep clean and our place looks better than the day we moved in. The house smelled great and they cleaned even the places I never would have thought to look. Lucy is extremely professional and highly responsive to email. I cannot recommend them enough, we are looking forward to them coming next month!

A team of 3 cleans our house every other week. The quality of their cleaning is consistently top notch. Unlike other services I have used, the team takes care with our antique woodwork and furniture and the quality of the cleaning hasn't declined as time goes by (I've seen this happen with other cleaning services in the past, but never with Liberty). They are responsive to my occasional special request and the once or twice I've asked them to do something differently they make the change right away and do a fantastic job. They are open to using the cleaning products you prefer. I love coming home to a clean and nice smelling house!

I am very happy with the job done by Liberty Cleaning. Each month I need to figure out a day that works for me and my husband. I email Luciana Silva, the owner, who responds promptly, and we agree on a day and time. In the 2.5 years they have been coming, there was only one snafu, where they forgot to come. My husband gets cranky when they don't arrive exactly on time. For the most part they are there within the hour. 

I am very happy with the cleaning quality; the house smells nice and is visibly clean. They stay out of the rooms I have asked them to stay out of. They tidy the piles, take out the garbage, I've had them replace the shower curtain, and for $20 extra, they cleaned my oven. If I want something special done, I email Luciana ahead of time.

I trust the women; I have left the house open for them and I have left the house for them to close up on their way out. Nothing has ever been missing or broken.

This summer I have tried unsuccessfully to find a handy man and someone to do tree service. The fact that Liberty has always shown up makes me appreciate them even more.

I hired Liberty Cleaning 5 years ago, since then I've been very happy Lucy and the crew are very reliable trustworth, I love to come home to my clean house the house always smell and look very cleaning. They are very detail organized changed my sheets, love my dogs which are very important to me. I recommend Liberty Cleaning to every one, that wants excellent service. Every time when I need to reach Lucy she respond right away, I prefer to talk via email she's very good, she always email back right away. I had few cleaning services before Liberty nothing that I could compare, like I said they very detail, some of my friends also use they services and are very satisfied. I'm extremely satisfied with them.

We had work done in our house this summer to repaid winter water damage. There was dust everywhere. Liberty Cleaning came in and did a deep cleaning of the entire house. We were very happy with their service and professionalism. They were prompt and thorough. We would recommend them for any cleaning job. We were so happy with the work we will have them back again on a regular basis.

Lucy and her crew arrived early - and cleaned a 5 bedroom empty house on a  very hot day- Lucy replied to my request within a day and was in contact with the details up to and including the day of the house cleaning.  I could not ask for a better experience. They were professional, friendly and did a wonderful job.

During this winter's ice dam explosion due to all the snow and cold, part of the ceiling in one room collapsed and left a mess in the room. Without being asked to, the cleaning crew vacuumed a path down the middle of the room so that I and a contractor can look the damage over without continuing to track debris into the rest of the apartment. This was an enormous help, and very unexpected.
