+ -1 moreHe was responsive, but looked at the door for less than 2 min. and without touching anything said we needed a new door and spring for $1050. The spring is enclosed in a metal tube so there was no way he could know. As proof, I downloaded the instructions and was able to repair the door myself in a few hours. I believe he was just trying to sell us a new door because he can make more money and he was being lazy. I would not recommend him or call him again. Description of Work: The winding cable on our garage door broke (Wayne Dalton Torquemaster). We called Joe Deodato because he was the recommended distributor for our type of garage door and spring system.
