George had to delay the start of the work for a couple of weeks, but I was patient. He then did most of the clean-up, but left about 20 plastic bags of waste. He then emailed and said he had been stung by bees and needed to take a break. I told him to get well and take his time, but did not hear from him again. When he finally contacted me, he had left for Alaska. He offered to send me some portion of the money back and to remove the bags. At first I asked for $50 back but then told him not to worry about the money but PLEASE to remove the plastic bags. I live in Newton, and the city will only pick up yard waste in paper bags or in plastic bins. They will only take one barrel of garbage a week. Therefore, I have no way of getting rid of the plastic bags of yard waste except to put what will fit into the one bin I have week by week. I heard nothing from George after that. He has not responded to my emails or telephone calls. I am completely disgusted with him.
