Eric Klein Appraisals is located in Newton, MA. We are an independent real estate appraisal and consulting firm. We offer a full range of both residential and commercial real estate appraisal services. Whether it is a residential appraisal for a estate planning purposes, or a commercial appraisal for a tax abatement, we have the experience and knowledge to deliver a fast, accurate and thorough valuation. In addition to being a fully licensed appraiser, I am also Realtor and Licensed Massachusetts Broker.
