Great communication, quality work and fair price

I originally gave Certified Roofing a 5/5 review. But here's an update: We had a skylight leak. Dion was great initially in coming out to look at the problem and fixing it. He seemed very honest and was responsive. He was very confident that he's found the solution and offered a great price and warranty. However, a year after his work, the skylight began leaking again. I tried calling, emailing, texting to get him to come and look at the situation. No response. I am willing to pay for more work done, but zero response. It was very disappointing. So please be warned that follow up work on any warranty may be non-existent.

Dion made an appointment with me very quickly and helped me out with a semi-emergency job. The job was started late in the day so he had to come back, which he did within a reasonable amount of time. Dion was extremely honest, reliable and competent in replacing a major section of our roof at a very fair price and was extremely generous with his time and materials�actually providing even better coverage for the roof than he had promised. Dion and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, and Dion spent several hours at the end correcting an unforeseen problem with the gutters. Dion came out the day I called and did an estimate. His price was very good and you could tell he was a professional roofer. He is scheduled to start the job tomorrow. It is so nice to deal with someone who shows up when he says he will and returns phone calls.

Was unable to meet contractor at initial appt but they came back and spent an hour with me at 2 locations surveying the project and explaining the situation. Contractor actually got up on the roofs to inspect. Competitors did not. Dumpster was delivered to the wrong location, & after completion, dumpster co. spilled nails on driveway after contractor cleaned up. Contractor came back with nail magnet the next morning and cleaned up again. Very responsive to calls & email questions. No leaks. As for quality longer term, we'll see.

Very polite, professional and fair. Dion showed up early to quote and repaired the roof the same day. I keep a very short list of contractors I would recommend to friends and neighbors, and he will be on that list. Dion is one of those rare contractors you would re-hire without hesitation. We plan to have him do some gutter work for us in the near future.

Dan from Certified came out the same day I submitted my inquiry. He emailed the estimate with a detailed list of materials,licences and the project scope that night. The job was completed exactly as scheduled with zero extra cost. The owner, Dion, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and the roof looks AMAZING! I would recommend them for any size job.

Dion came when he said he would and did a very professional and quality assessment of my roor repair. The price was a bit higher than quoted, but he did work not originally reqeste( Wood facing} He worked right till dark, completed the work as promissed. A good experience for us, and a 5 year guarantee.
