We had some unusual problems that were caused by lack of prior contractor competence and maintenance and neglect from previous owners. Jay was outstanding in his ability to solve numerous design flaws and suggested innovative solutions always taking cost and aesthetics into account. He was never brusk or rushed and it was a great pleasure to work with him.
