Outstanding, couldn't ask for better, both with respect to the performance of requested services and the planning and communication. Believe that this arborist was more expensive than our previous arborist (who was culling customers), but I can observe reasons for the added cost and am satisfied with the cost.

Very well, I am very pleased with their work.

Adrian had done a walk around discussing my trees and bushes in order to provide an estimate. The day of the work, we repeated the walk around when he first arrived. The crew, Ben and John, came on time and worked steadily throughout the day and were always friendly. Ben and John are knowledgeable and experienced also. After the work was completed, I accepted John's offer to walk around and could see and comment on the remarkable change. The plants look healthy, full and beautiful. Adrian knows how how to maintain healthy plants, when and how to use cables on trees, diseases, when to refer to other companies for work his company doesn't do, and more. I highly recommend "An Artist's Touch."

Adrian is great -- He came over on short notice when I emailed him following one of the recent snow storms.  The snow had weighed a limb of a tree down enough to make physical contact with our roof -- the winds then caused that tree limb to rub around making loud (and scary) noises.
Adrian came right over, assessed the issue and advised us on how we could handle a dead tree with had as well.  We had said "sometime in the next two weeks" we would handle it, and he ended up finding a gap in his busy schedule and making it over within a matter of days.
I wasn't present for the work that was done, but it was done well!  No complaints at all -- they left the site as clean as one could imagine while cutting a tree down, and the invoice was as discussed, not a penny more.

Adrian was absolutely great. I think he's a gem and we want to continue to have him help us. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was excellent. The shrubs look neat and natural and because of his careful, hand trimming, they'll be a lot healthier and able to withstand the nine feet of snow we shovel on top of them. "Each shrub is it's own star," he told me and he achieved that. Adrian noticed that our sugar maple's cable had broken and he fixed it and did a lovely job mulching around the roots. Since this is in the front yard next to our entrance, it was important that it turn out well and it did!

I chose them on the basis of their Big Deal and the good reviews. They were up front and professional in discussing what they would do, which involved removing a number of branches on a large maple tree that were overhanging the roof and power power lines. They did a great job, not only with the trimming but with the removal of the branches and cleanup as well.

Adrian was a pleasure to work with. He was always very prompt and professional in his communications. He was extremely knowledgeable about the shrubs and trees in our yard and made thoughtful suggestions about the scope of work to be as cost effective as possible while still maintaining a high standard of quality. His estimates for time and cost were accurate and I felt were very reasonable. Finally, he did beautiful work. I would highly recommend him and will be using his company again.

Excellent. They arrived on time, they communicated what they were going to do. They cleaned up. NO complaints.
Adrian even identified some insects on some of my trees and will be having them analyzed for further treatment in the spring.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. It was refreshing to have knowledgeable, qualified, and smart tree guys work on our land.
I can't wait to see how everything is going to look in the spring!!!

Adrian, the owner, came out to give an estimate in September and then kept me informed by email as to the date the work would be done.  His prices were reasonable compared to other tree care providers and his crew was very courteous and professional.  I would use him again next time.  Note he does not do large scale tree removal or stump grinding but referred me to another provider who seems reasonably priced.

Adrian and his crew arrived on time and spent two days carefully pruning both large trees and flowering shrubs.  This improved light and air flow.

Adrian the owner of An Artist's Touch, was working on my neighbor's property. After seeing his crew's work that day, I approached him at the end of the day, and hired him on the spot.
He is completely professional, dedicated, passionate, and knowledgable. He did a great job. I go out, and look at the trees he worked on, and marvel at how wonderful a job he did.
It wasn't cheap, but they spent the entire day, up in the trees, judiciously cutting and pruning.It was money well spent, and they earned it.
He contacted me before hand to schedule the day, was punctual, and cleaned up after.
I don't know what more you could ask. 
I am anxious to have him back and work on some large overgrown trees in the back.

Adrian and his team were terrific.  They are totally professional and clearly know what they are doing.   Worked carefully so the tree would not lose its overall shape.  Cleaned up all debris thoroughly.

(1)  It was accomplished smoothly and the end product was a piece of sculpture.
Adrian is a wonderful person to deal with, and his finished product is more than just a happy/healthy  bush or tree; it is a beautiful work of art.  This tree covered my property and my neighbor's.  My neighbor was delighted with the result, and told me that he was "truly an artist".  I was, similarly, impressed.  His pruning revealed the beautiful lines of the tree.
Adrian came with one or two helpers, and no heavy equipment that had to trammel my property.  His co-workers were quiet and professional.  He took care to protect some smaller trees beneath the big oak.  He completed the work, and did not spread it out over a series of visits.
When he had to postpone some work because of weather, he always communicated with me promptly, so that I could plan ahead.
I have recommended him to everyone on my block.  And I plan to have him prune some other big trees over the next few years.
 (2)  When I moved in to my house, I wanted to prune whatever needed it.  Adrian gave me advice, which I followed.  He pruned tall shrubs and smaller trees to reveal beautiful lines.  He also took some dead limbs off some larger trees.
    I am planning to have him come back yearly to maintain a new garden which I have put in my front yard.  In addition to being knowledgeable and talented, Adrian is a lovely person and a pleasure to deal with.  I cannot recommend him too highly.  He was recommended to me by a landscape designer, who heard about him from one of her clients.  A great find!

Adrain is professional and low key.   It's clear he knows his stuff and he suggested a plan of maintenance.  We arranged to do half the property one year, to complete the other half the following year.  It was like watching two artists at work as they cut, trimmed and reshaped the plantings.   Adrian was punctual, left the place immaculate and did a beautiful job.  I was delighted with the quality of his work.
What has been impressive is how the plants look a year after he did the pruning.  They have filled in and grown in ways that look great.  I was very pleased with the results last year and had not anticipated enjoying it even more this year.
Over the 40 years I have lived in my home, I have had many different individuals and companies do pruning work.  Some have been OK, some have been butchers.  Adrian has the Artist's Touch.
I will continue to use Adrian, and would recommend him to people who value meticulous work, who care about their gardens and appreciate work that is unique to each property.

Adrian Bradley is the "artist" at An Artist's Touch.  We have 4 acres of flowering trees and large shrubs, and he has done a wonderful job of pruning them all to maximize their health and beauty.

We've used Adrian maybe 5 or 6 times over the last 4 or 5 years or so. He is an excellent tree and shrub pruner. He knows what he's doing, probably better than anyone we've had, and when he prunes a shrub or a tree it looks perfect, like nobody's even been there. We really highly recommend him.

He really does operate like an artist.  He does some of the nicest structural pruning I have ever seen. It really makes a difference. His prices are reasonable but his skill level for pruning is his best. He does the job quickly and very well.
