My husband and I purchased a very expensive mattress from the MILFORD, MASS store and the sales person promised us delivery within 48 hours --- the sales person did not tell us that the type of mattress we purchased (which had memory foam) may harden/freeze in cold temperatures - and we were having it delivered to our home on a very cold evening. The mattress arrived and the delivery people explained they could not set up the bed for us because the mattress was frozen. We had no bed, and had been sleeping on the floor anxiously awaiting our new mattress. I immediately called the local store in Milford where I purchased it and spoke to a regional manager (his name is Duane) and he was very kind with his response, very professional and was extremely courteous. Long story short, it was a stressful ordeal for us, but Duane put our minds at ease and compensated us with 2 free pillows and we got an additional credit back for delivery charge from the delivery entity. I have to admit that great customer service is not always the case --- but in this instance I couldn't speak more highly of Duane who respected our concerns and treated us as important customers. I highly recommend you get a mattress from Sleepys - they will treat you right! I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We went to Sleepy's because they had an ad in the paper advertising a sale. When we arrived at the store, a salesman greeted us and immediately showed us the mattress/box-spring in the ad. He placed our order quickly and we had the bed two days later. Great service, good prices, convenient location.

I went in the store and they were very helpful. Their sales associates didn't hassle me at all and made that sure I found the perfect mattress. I would recommend Sleepy's to anyone.
