Description of Work: Replaced box Springs after I complained for several months that the mattress and Springs were sagging. The springs were replaced but the mattress is still sagging.

Description of Work: I went in there just to look around and try out mattresses; sometime in May 2014; I don't remember the exact date. They seemed to be understaffed, but the one salesman, when he became available, was fairly helpful. I am not sure that Sleepys' mattresses are the highest quality mattresses within my budget.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I purchased a very expensive mattress from the MILFORD, MASS store and the sales person promised us delivery within 48 hours --- the sales person did not tell us that the type of mattress we purchased (which had memory foam) may harden/freeze in cold temperatures - and we were having it delivered to our home on a very cold evening. The mattress arrived and the delivery people explained they could not set up the bed for us because the mattress was frozen. We had no bed, and had been sleeping on the floor anxiously awaiting our new mattress. I immediately called the local store in Milford where I purchased it and spoke to a regional manager (his name is Duane) and he was very kind with his response, very professional and was extremely courteous. Long story short, it was a stressful ordeal for us, but Duane put our minds at ease and compensated us with 2 free pillows and we got an additional credit back for delivery charge from the delivery entity. I have to admit that great customer service is not always the case --- but in this instance I couldn't speak more highly of Duane who respected our concerns and treated us as important customers. I highly recommend you get a mattress from Sleepys - they will treat you right! I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Description of Work: Under high pressure we purchased a mattress and box spring. The box spring litterally broke in 10 months. We had to wait almost 3 weeks for inspection and had to sleep on a broken bed the whole time. The sales man I spoke to said the inspectors would try to blame the defect on my bed frame. I am making this report so people won't go out and buy a mattress from Sleepys. They do not stand behind the product or the customer. Imagine a box spring breaking after 10 months. The last set I had with the same bed frame was fine for 15 years. DO NOT SHOP at SLEEPYS! We used the store in Westford MA but I am sure they all have the same policy

 + -1 moreWe went to Sleepy's because they had an ad in the paper advertising a sale. When we arrived at the store, a salesman greeted us and immediately showed us the mattress/box-spring in the ad. He placed our order quickly and we had the bed two days later. Great service, good prices, convenient location.
