We are a full service HVAC company, featuring complete air conditioning and heating installations regardless of fuel source, as well as a full service heating oil company. We also offer plumbing services and home comfort services, such as humidification and ductless mini split installations. We are family owned and operated for over 65 years, based in Newton, MA and have 12 company employees and 3 subcontractors.

We could not be happier with the service. Everyone from the phone operator all the way to the owner was extremely courteous and professional. Tony came out to provide an estimate and showed up exactly when he said he would. We accepted the proposal and they installed the unit within a week. They did an incredibly clean job of installing the outside and the inside unit for us. Both technicians were very polite and friendly. They finished the job when they said they would. The price was very good. Highly recommend this company.

Bigelow Oil Company is very reliable. They are being run the third generation of a family. They are wonderful. If you have to get a hold of them they are right there for you. They are very good. I think it is a good idea to use them and that they are 3rd generation. I think their prices are fair. They always respond as soon as they can. They were right out after I called. They will give you a window of time for them to show up and they always arrive in that window.

This company just always sends out great guys and we have been using them for a long, long time. We have never had a problem. They always do a good job for us. We have no complaints. That's all I can say.
