OLD TIME GARAGE

Old Time Garage has repaired our BMW for over a decade. Each repair is done right and in a timely way. Scott makes it easy to schedule an appointment. Old Time Garage is a model of a well-run business. Their competence fixing our car gives us assurance that the car is safe out on the road. We are impressed by Scott's fairness.

I have gone to them for year and even bought my car from them as well. I keep going back to them because I trust. They are always on time and polite and conveniently located.

very reliable and honest

Old time garage is very reliable, they'll have the car ready when they say and their estimates are almost always spot on or even a little high. I've been pleasantly surprised when the actual repair cost is less than the estimate.
They also won't nickel and dime you for diagnostics; bring your car in to have them check out some perceived problem and if it's nothing they don't charge you (unlike the dealer that will hit you for $90 to tell you what you already knew).
They also know the and quot;realand quot; service recommendations for your vehicle, not the fluff stuff the dealer tries to sell you such as lubricating you door hinges and other useless service.
My only complaint is they do charge for some service which I never request such as and quot;fluid top upand quot; which consists of refilling your washer fluid or power steering.

We let them know what kind of car we wanted, and at what price range, and they found one for us. Couldn't be easier.

Our experience with them has always been good. They are reliable. They may not always be the cheapest, but they are honest and won't fix something that does not need fixing.

They are terrific and just honest guys. They are prompt. I even bought a used car from them and it was just terrific. They get tires from the tire dealers. They are good and they've been there for at least thirty years. The guy that owns it is just the nicest person in the world. He doesn't do a lot of repairs anymore but he hires good people. Although sometimes there has been things over their head like I've had some major problems and I've had to go back to somebody that specializes but they do most repairs. They don't pump gas. He also sells used cars. He's just really a trustworthy guy.

Everything went well. The technicians did a great job, and my car runs perfectly.

I liked their service. They got back to me very quickly. I believe they tried to meet my needs pretty well. I would use them again in the future too.

He gives me personal service. He’s extraordinarily busy, but he fits me in if he can. He talks to me very honestly about what is going on with my car. I have used him for 15 years and he’s one of the few people I trust. He’s so honest, he’s really the best.

I was amazed and delighted at their professional approach. They made a customer out of me because of that approach. I feel that they are very professional, honest and realistic in their approach. I have an old car, and they work with me to determine what is the best approach to take in deciding what to do about various issues regarding the car. Old Time Garage is the best garage I have found in the Boston area.

I've been using Old Time Garage for all my car needs for years. I even bought a used car from them and I haven't had any issues with it in over a year. They're very thorough, they don't spring any charges on you, they're honest and fair. I trust them to make sure my car is fixed without doing any unnecessary work just to get more money. They've even let me leave my car for a couple days when I was out of town, and I picked it up after hours when I returned.

They are awesome and you can trust them. I have gone to them thinking that the car needs repairs and they would tell me whether or not it needed repairs. They have never done repairs just to extract money from me. They are just fabulous.

Totally fine. I have been going to old time for about 16 years, and have bought 2 cars from them as well as sent others there. I find them to be very trustworthy and dependable. They have had mostly the same employees for all of that time!!! They tell me if they don't think I need something, as well as when I do.

We love Old Time Garage. After being supplied with off market parts for a major repair (that failed within a month) on our car by another company, I came to Old Time Garage largely because of it's proximity to my work place. We found them to be honest, even diagnosing the problem but telling us to go back and have the other people replace it for free rather than charge us themselves for double work. They constantly are able to fit us in on short notice, and most importantly, we trust them to be honest and reasonably priced.

Terrific work, car runs great. Always good about appointments. Very reasonable, especially compared to the dealer.

Sammy is the mechanic I have used for quite awhile at this small garage. I really like it here because you get to talk to the mechanic who is actually working on the car and they take the time to explain everything to the customer. They are a very busy shop, yet have no problem fitting you in if it is an emergency or pressing problem. They are very helpful and responsive to the customer and I am pleased with the service they provide. I do not recall the exact price for the work, but it was right on estimate and they have always been reasonable and fair worth me.
