From start to finish, Ward was professional, patient, knowledgeable and informative; he was good humored, generous with his time and kind. He listened to and responded to our desires and needs. Ward is very smart and excellent at negotiating for something acceptable to all parties. He guided us through some rocky moments - his experience, calm manner, and intelligence helped us through a stressful time (we needed to find a place in just a week's time). When we decide to sell our condo, we will choose Ward again as our agent.
