He came in and said it will cost $900 to get a new one, or $400 to fix it. In the end, he charged me $875. He was not even in the house 15 minutes. My son showed me on the internet later that the toilet only cost $250. I went to use my credit card to pay for the services, and he asked me to pay him by check. Which then gave me no recourse, because he went straight to the bank and cashed it. I have tried calling him a couple of times, and I get the machine each time. When I called to get a service man the first time, it was picked up immediately.
