My spouse had left a message on the service center on a Saturday since the garage was closed, and Gordon called early on Monday when they were open and left a message in my phone asking to go by so he could see the damage. When I went to the garage, Gordon was not there but Joseph took all the information that he needed. They left me another message the next day with an estimate, and when I called back to let them know I wanted them to go ahead with the work, Gordon told me to bring the car the next morning so they could have time to order the the light. I left the car in the garage the next morning and it was ready in less that two hours. 
They charged 180.36 for the part and 98.00 for service, which I thought was great since the dealership gave me and estimate for more than double that amount. My car looks great with the new lens.

For years, we have relied on Jim and Gordon for their professional, reliable, expert care of our cars. They are thorough, communicate clearly, are friendly, and reasonably priced. You can't go wrong with them.

It went very well. They were prompt, thorough, and understanding. I have used them before and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were also on time and accommodating. I live about a mile away and they were kind enough to give me a ride both to and from their location.

Not bad. The owner (Joe, I think) was very nice and courteous and did a decent job reviewing what was done and what was needed. The price is a little expensive. Also said I needed something done which would cost ~$400 so I got a second opinion and they said it was fine and didn't need it; and if they were to do it would be ~$200.
The location is convenient because its next to the T and you can drop off and pick up after hours. He seemed honest and trustworthy but my validation (or lack thereof) and the price discrepancy is forcing me to look for a better option; though this isn't a terrible option.

Brought car in, since I was having problems with my brakes. Gave a fair estimate of cost and more importantly, told me of possible problems.
He advised me to consider whether to have the items he mentioned repaired or replaced, and told me to give full thought as to whether I should have all or some of the repaired
He was thoroughly professional, and left it entirely up to me, exerting absolute no pressure.

We have used Highland Service Center for all of our car maintenance for over five years, and we recommend them without reservation. They are knowledgeable, honest, reliable, courteous,and very reasonably priced. They do top-quality work and are an AAA-recommended service provider. It has been a pleasure to do business with them.

We had a flat tire on an old 1997 caravan. This auto service was very close; it was a couple minutes away.
There was a puncture on the inner side wall of the tire, so the tire could not be repaired.

I walked to the auto service in hopes of getting a tire patch kit. I talked to Joe, who informed me that there would be nowhere nearby to find one, and are a bad idea anyways as they are dangerous for the person who performs the tire change (sometimes the tires explode).

So, we used other cars for the day, and brought the car in for repair. Joe gave me a time and cost estimate on the tire change, and told me to call him the next day. I let him know that this was an old car and didn't need anything fancy, and he told me that he would perform the bare minimum. It cost ~$122, including around $7 tax , $3.50 recycling fee, and the cost of the tire.
The next day I called and he let me know that the tire change was finished, and we went to pick it up.
Joe is very pleasant to talk to and seemed generally honest and professional.

Great customer experience.

Been meaning to fix a brake light- called to check how busy they were, drove in and out in 15 minutes. Prompt, courteous, right priced.

They are so reliable. They go above and beyond on all service. They check anything and everything that has to do with your vehicle. Their integrity is truly beyond anything. They have excellent mechanical knowledge and abilities.

I like that they have expertise in knowing Subaru's. They are easy to work with. I like that they are a neighborhood place and they remember who you are. The prices are reasonable and the mechanical work is very good.

I have used them for a couple years now. I am very, very pleased with them. It's a three man operation. I have had no problems whatsoever. I they go 100% plus 10%. I would recommend them and use them again.

I like this place. I have found them to be really good. Really, I would say they are good in terms of punctuality and professionalism and they seem like they get to me pretty quickly. I have found that their service is excellent and overall, I would call them great.

No surprises, about the same price as the dealer but much more convenient to my home, offered to take my credit card over the phone so I could pick up after hours, reminded me to come back for my 30K service in few months which is the same thing the dealer would recommend, so I take that as a good sign.

Gordon is great - prompt, courteous, thorough. When our brakes were replaced he even recommended a follow-up visit (at no charge) if any fine-tuning was needed (it was like getting a post-surgery call from a conscientious doctor- how often do you get THAT kind of service?). There was a slight problem after our first oil change that they took care of immediately and to our complete satisfaction.
