Real Estate Service
Since we were from out of town, Levon was very flexible and willing to meet us several times over the course of six months. He was extremely honest, and would say immediately if he didn't think a house was right for us, or would require too much renovation work. He has experience in construction, so had a good eye for problems in a home's construction. He was extremely patient, and willing to help us look at many different types of properties: from single-family homes, to condos, to two-family houses. Eventually we found the perfect two-family home in Watertown. On top of all that, he refunded part of his commission to us at the end of the process. We're extremely satisfied.
