 + -1 moreWe could not afford the price of a brand new treadmill of the type we wanted but they worked with us to get a floor model at a discounted price. It was delivered and on setting it up discovered that a part was missing. The missing part was replaced promptly and the treadmill works great.
Description of Work: Our old treadmill, an inexpensive model not suited for someone weighing 200 pounds running on it, broke and we needed a new one that could handle the use it gets.
