They service all their equipment and they stand by it. They are knowledgeable about the different features of the equipment. I think I would use them again.

We could not afford the price of a brand new treadmill of the type we wanted but they worked with us to get a floor model at a discounted price. It was delivered and on setting it up discovered that a part was missing. The missing part was replaced promptly and the treadmill works great.
