Ralph F.
Jul 2011
He used wood and tape and concrete around that, he did not put the railings back. He just poured concrete into where the stones were and poured the steps over that. They installed the railings they didn’t drill them. They just did some of the work. The steps are off. But mainly, I’m concerned with the railing. They made a platform and it has slumped and is slanted now. The steps, if you eyeball them, are not the same. They were incompetent, not licensed or anything. He said he has been doing this for 20 years and that he lives in Newton, but he doesn't. They are the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I'm trying to take them to small claims court, but I can't find them at all at this point.
