The wonderful thing about this experience is that they picked up and delivered my vacuum cleaner to me for free, thanks to the services of one lone employee. Luigi, who travels about all day for that purpose. I called them during the day, the next evening Luigi came to my home (in heavy rain) to pick up, and he returned it back to me repaired the following evening. (He also was willing to pick it up from me at work daytime if i needed.) If they hadn't had that service, i would have had to wait till the weekend to bring in my machine and then perhaps wait another week to retrieve. I found it a little difficult to understand Luigi's accent, but he stayed in touch with me re times of arrival and was very prompt. Also, order tracking at the store didn't seem meticulous to me, but Luigi himself had it all straight - when i called the store to see what forms of payment they wanted, they couldn't find my order or confirm that my machine had been delivered by Luigi or worked on in the shop -- but they then checked with a manager who phoned me back and apologized for the confusion and confirmed that Luigi had delivered the vacuum to them in the morning and that it was being worked on. Sure enough Luigi showed up at the appointed time, delivered the repaired vacuum cleaner, demonstrated it before he left, and provided me with a formal receipt from the company. The price was slightly lower than estimated. Most importantly -- if you want the pickup and/or delivery -- you may have to ask them for it. When I first called to discuss the work, no one mentioned the pickup/delivery possibility to me. After i hung up i remembered dimly some years ago that they had delivered it back to me. So i phoned them again and asked if they still had that service, which they said they did, and gave me Luigi's number to be in touch with him directly. In short, it saved me lots of time, and i appreciate the work this company and Luigi performed for me. The slight eccentricities that I encountered along the way were well worth it (Apparently this is a franchise -- if that is relevant.)
