His work is well done, but you must nail him on what he is charging because he avoids saying it. He came, looked at it and I asked him how much he will charge and he just joked. I told him to tell me and he kind of avoided it. I didn't like it because he could have said he charges by the hour or whatever. The neighbors said he was fine. One of his employees did the job while he supervised. He suggested other things we should do and so I told them to do it. He was here part of the time on the day they were here. I again asked him what he would charge and he would just joke and exaggerate a price. Finally, he just told me it would not be much. He came the next day for the final touches, and then told me I owed him $500. I told him it was too much and he said he had 3 men here working all day then he dropped the price to $400. I want others who plan to use him to know that they need to at least get him to give you an idea of the price. My neighbor even said he avoids saying what he will charge. I just don't like this kind of behavior. His work was fine, but I did not like his approach to billing at all. As far as punctuality, I was actually surprised with how fast he came.
