Rebecca Stein was recommended to us by a real estate attorney friend. She is VERY impressive. We met with 3 different realtors before we selected one and she was far and away the most ''business focused'' of the 3. She asked savvy questions during her appraisal of our house, gave us specific suggestions about any cosmetic changes she recommended and sent us a comprehensive writeup on our house, the market activity overall, a pricing comparison between our house and comparable properties and an explanation of how she arrived at the price she appraised us at. Because we had already developed a really good relationship with one of the other realtors before we met Rebecca, we ended up not using her, but I would definitely recommend her to someone else. I would think she would be an especially good match for a highly motivated, no-nonsense seller who wants no stone left unturned in selling their house.
Description of Work: She met with us, did a walkthru, and gave us an appraisal.
