They gave great advice, prepared us for the process, and executed everything as they said they would. We left for the weekend, after preparing the house according to their instructions. Their suggestions really showed the house to its full potential. We received three offers, all above the asking price. Susan went through the offers with us, and advised us on which to accept.
They provided listings in Andover, where we were moving, set up all the appointments, showed us the homes, offered advice on what to offer, and prepared the offers. I cannot imagine going through this without them!
