Perfectly, from beginning to end. Larry, in sales, was very helpful - clearly not trying to “upsell” and trying to get me a TV that would work for my needs. Wayne, who came to set it up was terrific. Smart as a whip, fast, genial and helpful as he put the TV onto a stand that I had bought elsewhere and partially put together myself. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole operation.

Excellent service - their new showroom is a beautiful and comfortable space - we shopped around and felt so at ease there and were able to explore a full variety of options, plus see some things we had never seen/experienced before. Staff took time to explain options and gives us ideas and suggestions that were helpful and took into account our goals - we scheduled an installation in one room so far - the installer was prompt, neat, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant - the timing and process met the expectations that we had agreed on in the store and the results far exceeded our expectations. We felt like the person doing the installation really knew everything about the process and kept us informed as to what was being done - again, we are extremely satisfied with the installation and setup, and that's thanks to the recommendations we got at Huntington. We plan to use Huntington again in the months to come on several larger projects in our home as well and would recommend them any time. A great experiencel

Technician was running late and called ahead to let us know but I had taken time off from work and was frustrated by this. When he arrived, he was gruff and somewhat critical because I couldn't find my Comcast programming guide. He installed a DVD player even though when he arrived I was chatting about recording shows and saving money by not subrscribing to Netflix or buying shows from Itunes. When I realized that he had installed a DVD and not a DVR, he basically said "well that;s more expensive." There was never an offer to go around the block and get the correct machine or come back and finish the installation (this company is less than a mile from our home). He basically told me I didn't ask correctly for the DVR. I had taken two hours off work at this point and was pretty frustrated. I sent an email to the company and never heard back. Perhaps they don't like small jobs?

The service was outstanding from start to finish. I was a little apprehensive about calling this company because 1) I didn't buy the television from them and 2) the other reports here were for installation of Home Theater systems, and we only had a small television. But from the appt scheduling process (they offered an exact time, not a 3-4 hour window) to the thorough and professional service given by the technician, John, the service could not have been better. In setting up the system, John needed some small parts (a tri-colored cable set and three-prong adapter) and said that he had some in the truck but since many homes also have them he thought I might -- I did, and the extra expense was spared. When the cable connection didn't work, he called the cable company and got it going. Before leaving, he walked me through the process of using the new set and remote, and encouraged me to take notes. Really an extraordinary service all around!

Paul was the person we discuss our needs and was the one who make recommendations on DVD player, and other gadgets that we need. Jonathan was the technician; who made all the installation. He was gentle, patient and ready to respond to all queries.

I was very happy with the job. The home entertainment center has been great all this time. I thought that their prices were fair and competitive, compared to others. They are way better than the big chain stores.

Extremely well. I met with Larry Shulman to go over our needs. He responded with a very clear, well worked out proposal, which we modified slightly and then agreed to. The wiring designed by Huntington was carried out by the electrician on the job, then Huntington came in at the end and installed the equipment. Great installers, and everything works great.

Huntington TV and Larry were great to deal with. They did what they promised, on time and professionally. They addressed all of my concerns, especially with regard to the system being operated with one remote. The system looks and sounds great and I would recommend Huntington TV to anyone looking to install a mid-to-high-end theater/media room.
