I used the Billerica Mass branch of Father & Son Moving and Storage for my parents move. I would never use them again. The moving crew themselves were very good. However the company and management is awful. Once you are booked with them you are assigned a rep. The phone number and email they give you is only to that rep. If you can't reach him, or do not get a call back from him, you cannot press "0" to get an operator or anyone else to speak with at the company. They quoted the move prior to the move day. It does say on their contract that the quote can change depending on what they find on the day of the move. However, we were charged $600.00 more than the estimate once the move was completed. This was not a large home they were moving. Their "estimate" was way off! They do not communicate very well regarding their procedures and policies and in my opinion I found them to be less than forthcoming. I would not recommend them.
