He is amazing. He is a great plumber and a great guy. He is not the kind of guy that would turn anybody down. He stands behind his work, his stands behind the equipment he puts in your house. He is a really hard worker and an honest guy. He is an A all the way. He takes pride in his work.

Unless I have stated up front that the work isn't urgent, Tim is always here almost the minute after I contact him. He understands plumbing emergencies really are important.
I'm not really one to judge the quality of plumbing work, but can attest that each problem, once resolved, has never been an issue again.
Each time he or his guys come in quickly, locate the problem, then fix it quickly with parts they seem to have on them. In the case of the pump replacement, it took a day to get the new pump, but it was quickly installed and my downstairs bathroom functioning perfectly again.
Tim has in the past understood my tight financial situation and priced very fairly, giving me no hassle when I have paid bills a little late.
Tim is an extremely honest, ethical man. He seems to take pride in doing good work for good people. Don't bother calling him if you're a jerk!
As a homeowner, I feel seriously blessed to have access to such a great professional. This guy is my hero - for pay.
The only thing he can't do (we have discussed!) is spin straw into gold. We need to work on that.

He did a great job and left the place spotless

Tim, the owner, helped us select fixtures that would work in our older home which has very small spaces and installed everything perfectly. He left the unit spotless and kept us informed every step of the way. We have used Fallon Plumbing's services for over a decade now, with consistent results. We highly recommend this company.

I have used them for 7 years now; They have a small shop in the Newton Center. I think that they are reasonably priced and they are very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them.

Tim shows up, gives you a clear and accurate assessment of your problem and the different options you have to fix it, and conducts himself as a gentleman. You know you won't have to call him back to fix a job the second time.

Excellent work. Very pleasant to work with. A little pricey, perhaps, but worth it.
