Dispro Disposal

When we were unable to find anyone who would take the sofa as a donation, we called Matt at Dispro. He was able to do the pickup within 24 hours, he and his partner arrived on time -- actually 10 minutes before they said they would. They did the job quickly and easily. Matt is very personable. We'd use Dispro again in a minute.

Matt was so easy to work with, gave me a quote after I sent a few photos of the items to be removed, and was able to pick up without disturbing my work schedule.

Matt was able to come out to home for a quick estimate right after I contacted him and put me in the calendar for that weekend. He was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

There prices were very fair. They were responsive and came the same day. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job.

There was a room practically full of garbage bags, and the guys lugged them all down from the second floor to the truck.  Then they took out loads of books, which I was thrilled they could recycle.  They were on time, friendly and kept on going until it was all done.  I have more to pack, and will definitely be calling them again to finish the job.

I had an assistant who worked directly with the movers, but she said they were excellent. I know it didn't take them more than an hour, and their entire truck was filled. The only somewhat unclear item (but may have been more due to my assistant than to the movers) was that certain items (not based on weight or difficulty moving them) were priced "ala carte", which at $25/item, adds up fairly quickly when one has several TV's, computer monitors, CPU's, etc., It was difficult to figure out the price in advance (as they didn't do "estimates", but tried to estimate by phone, what the cost would be. They charged a flat dollar amount, upon which these other items were added, so we wound up not giving them as many of the "ala carte" items as planned, as it was getting too costly. While they took a mattress, for example, which is more awkward to lift and takes up more room, than a computer CPU, it's these other things that wound up adding significantly to the cost.
But NO complaints about their professionalism or punctuality. I would use again, but would personally supervise the move to make sure that the most important items made it on the truck, rather than finding them still sitting in my garage.
**You might also want to ask about what they wear on their shoes when coming into your house and going up and down the stairs. If the weather isn't perfect, you might wind up with a mess if you don't pay attention to this, as they didn't wear those disposable booties, as some of the other services do.

Everything went smoothly. I made a mistake, however, because I didn't read the fine print of the offer well enough - I thought since they went to Concord, that my town (Carlisle), which many people haven't heard of, and also I live about 1 mile from the border of Concord, that I'd be covered by the "Big Deal." When I spoke with Junk Pro, he pointed out that my town wasn't listed, so it'd cost me an extra $50 for gas/mileage.
I knew it was my fault for not checking with them before purchasing the coupon, so I was pretty much stuck and had to fork up the extra $50. Lesson learned.

He was waiting for  me when I got to the storage facility.  He was professional, polite, had his paper work in order and ready to sign.  His truck was where it needed to be to load with the junk.  And as soon as I settled with storage facility he went to work.  I have rarely seen a man work more diligently that Mr. Swindell, as he emptied and loaded on his truck the contents of that storage locker.  He literally ran back from his truck to the locker, each time he had an empty dolly.  Through it all he was personable and friendly.  It was a trying time for me and, by his demeanor, he made it so much less trying.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with a clean up job.  Run by Mr. Matt Swindell, it performed exactly as I hoped it would.   It's a family company, and Mr. Swindell is the President and apparently it's chief employee, although he did tell me that he has several other people, who work for him, who would be available for bigger jobs.

They were excellent. The owner and two other men came to the do the work and it took about 2 hours to complete the work.  Scheduling was easy and he was very flexible and was able to work around my schedule.  He arrived on time for the appointment and was very careful with my things. I was very satisfied with their service.

Could not have asked for better service! When I called in the morning to get an estimate, Matt quoted me a price over the phone and offered to do the job the same day. I did not immediately agree--I called around to do some comparison shopping first. Matt's estimate seemed very reasonable (in the same ballpark as one other contractor, and much lower than two others). When I called him back to see if he was still available that same day, he said he'd be over withiin an hour and a half. I think he actually arrived within an hour. He and his crew worked very efficiently, sawing apart the play structure, digging up the heavy railroad ties that framed the area, and carrying everything out to their truck, being careful to avoid stepping on my plantings in the front yard. They were professional, cheerful, and excellent workers. Would not hesitate to use them again!

I had originally called another company to do this, they tried to charge me 150 dollars and refused to take the large wooden crate and left the boxes on the sidewalk.  We called matt and he came within an hour and only charged 80 dollars.  Matt is responsible kind and professional.  We will only be using him from now on!

We had seen signs in our neighborhood for Junk Pro. Because we are having much of the second floor in our home renovated we had to get rid of old furniture and move out of the rooms to allow for the renovation. We saw only one listing for Junk Pro in Angies List, but decided to call them anyway because they are headquartered in our neighborhood. I called for an estimate. The owner of Junk Pro, Matt Swindell, said he would come right over. Matt was friendly and quickly offered to do the job which involved dismantling and removing some heavy pieces of furnitures, air conditioners, surplus wood etc. Matt and  helper arrived early, worked quickly and accomplished the tasks much more quickly than my wife and I ever imagined possible. Considering the amount (and weight) of the material we needed removed, the price ($360) seemed like a very good deal. We will use Junk Pro again!

I shopped around and found Junk Pro Inc through a Google search.  The went to Angies list to review ratings.  I called two other providers but Junk Pro was most responsive and lowest price. Excellent, professional service. They said they would be at my home at 9:30AM and that is when they backed into my driveway.
