I bought a new laptop from Dell about 6 weeks ago. Last week I started having problems connecting with WiFi. David was prompt in returning my telephone message and we set up a meeting for the next day. (He could have come within the next few hours but I wasn't available.) He spent about an hour diagnosing the problem as a malfunction in my McAfee security system and uninstalled it and installed Norton, which he pointed out we get free from Comcast. My husband asked him to look at his computer and he immediately realized that the problem was his monitor. It was very satisfying to get these frustrating issues taken care of so quickly, efficiently and in such a friendly manner.

When our 5 year old Dell computer failed to open and we needed to get important personal files off the hard drive. I called them for assistance. The technician arrived on time ( actually a bit early) , tried (unsuccessfully) in several conventional ways to start up the computer, then removed the hard drive (not easy in a Dell tower), connected it to a specialized piece of equipment that allowed him to read the drive, capture our data onto his laptop, wrote it to an external drive, and moved it to my IMac. Time to complete, 45 minutes from start to finish. Best $100 I've ever spent on computer support.

Great. Too many jobs to list the details but I've never been disappointed.

We had not purchased a new computer system since the mid-2000's and our old system was becoming slow and difficult to work with. We initially called David to help stabilize the existing system and try and keep it going until we could purchase a new one. He was very prompt with returning our initial call, showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently when he got here. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He gave us an accurate estimate of what the work would cost and we were very pleased with the result. He later spent time on the phone with us (without charge), actually talking us through the purchase of the new system online. He advised us based on what we told him were our needs and the fact that we wanted to keep some of the old components (e.g. the monitor really didn't need replacing). We also told him about our plans for expanding in the future and he gave us good tips to keep in mind. When the new computer came he was able to find a time very quickly to fit us into his schedule. Again, he was prompt and on time. The installation took longer than he had anticipate because our computer had picked up a very bad virus and he had to be careful not to transfer the virus but still allow us to maintain our data. But for the virus (which was our fault!), his estimate would have been accurate and he did what he could to reduce the cost by leaving and coming back a couple of times during the day as the data was moved. While he worked, he tried to explain what he was doing so that we would understand and be able to better use the system. As someone who has only a very rudimentary knowledge of computers I appreciated the fact that he explained things clearly and in language I could understand but without being condescending or making me feel that I should have know the answer. (I have had a couple of bad experiences with some of the local chain store computer people.) He ensured that we tested the system before he left to make sure that it could work the way that we wanted. I feel the the cost of having him handle this for us was money well spent. We now have a very solid foundation on which to build and by making sure that we start off with good equipment and "best practices" we will be able to reduce our overall costs in the long run. We will definitely use him in the future for any further work and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors who need this type of work done.

I had purchased a new printer and David came to my house, installed the printer, connected the wires, reorganized the tangle of plugs, showed me how to select between one of two printers and, while he was there, showed me how to purchase music on itunes and how to sync and use an ipad. He was here for a couple of hours. The quality of the service was wonderful as was his patience with a novice computer user. It is like having a live-in computer geek without the grocery bills.

Both people were understanding and understandable, and patient with a computer challenged person, even advised against spending extra money on a program installation.

Excellent. David very quickly determined the source of the problem and was able to fix it right away with parts he had on hand. This particular problem was easily within his expertise and I could tell he could handle even more difficult PC and networking issues. He's a very professional and easy going person. I'd call him again in the future without hesitation.

I highly recommend Dave for all your computer needs. He is very professional and organized. I have used other IT professionals in the past and no one compares.

My overall experience was wonderful. He did a great job for a bad situation. He came out to look at the machine within an hour of my phone call. He fixed the machine within the given schedule and brought it a day later.

He can also fix the problem from where ever he is. He can remotely log on to my computer and work on it. He doesn't have to come here every time. I have seen him work on my computer in person and also remotely about 3 to 4 times and he always fixes it. He is very competent, friendly, attentive and thorough. He also has a little news letter he send out with tips every month or so.

My experiences have been outstanding and have exceeded my expectations. I now feel I have somewhere to turn to with computer issues.
