"Chace Architecture is a fully integrated design and construction firm that specializes in delivering projects from concept to completion. We have over 15 years of architectural and construction experience and thoroughness, attention to detail, customer service, and a collaborative approach with clients have always been hallmarks of our firm. Our contracts and project management methods are consistent with the highest levels of professionalism as set forth by the American Institute of Architects. After an extensive pre-design interview process, this client retained us in March 2011 to design a new 4,200sf single family home. We were diligent in our efforts to develop a design that met the client's needs. After working with the client over a four-month period and providing five fully developed design options, the client materially changed the scope of the project outside the terms outlined in our contract. Although we offered to continue working with the client under the additional services clause of the contract, the client declined to continue the work.
