.My experience with this company was very good. They were able to bring my vehicle in for repair in a very short period of time. Got the vehicle back at the promised time. Repair was of high quality, could not see that the car had ever been damaged. Employees were professional and courteous. Would definitely use them gain.

I had a deer hit my car. the front drivers side was totaled. I had heard about this company and wanted to check them out. Very professsional from start to finish. all questions, no matter how silly were answered by the company. Very laid back, easy-going. I highly recommend these guys!

Shepards has been fixing my cars for years. This time around, it was simply a matter of ordering afew small parts and reattaching a bumper. They did it in two days and kept me apprised the whole time. A few months ago they had to replace the front grill of my car, which they did beautifully and promptly. They are very polite and communicative. I love these guys.

Have used them before. Use original parts. Very good cosmetic results. Scheduled work for about a week after the initial evaluation, but it had been months since the original incident and David said that it would have been sooner if the car were undriveable.

I have taken my car to Shepard's three times; the first time for major repair and paint work, the second time for minor repair and paint work and the third time for elective paint work. In all cases I was given a detailed estimate which proved to be within a few dollars of the final cost and the work was excellent and done promptly. The last time I went there, I had them paint the entire driver's side of my car as the paint had faded substantially after 14 years in the New England weather. The cost was $490, including tax. They were courteous and professional. No complaints. I would definitely go there again and recommend them
