Called on Thursday AM and got an appointment for the next day. Needed an oil change - I was long overdue - and a first time MA inspection as I just moved to Newburyport. The person in the office was friendly, both on the phone and in person. Price was what I was expecting and found a coupon on their web site for $4 off the oil change. Seems to be a busy place as parking was tight in their lot. All in all, I'll go back ...

the owner showed me the pipe and explained why it was better to weld than to replace (original pipe stronger, price). I felt that I wasn't being taken advantage of. I respect that and will definately go back.
