Everyone I worked with was extremely professional. They were able to prioritize my job, which was very helpful since it is my only bathroom. I am very happy with how all of the work turned out and would recommend Nobleport without hesitation.

Mike and his crew came in and totally redid my laundry closet and put a tile floor instead of the previous wood floor. They refinished the walls in the master bath that were affected and then repainted the entire bathroom. A little messy around the shower but the rest is great. The crew were real gentlemen and I would definitely hire them again.

Mike reached out to us to repair extensive damage caused by water infiltration and carpenter ants on an exterior wall on the ground level. We had to replace a floor joist, wall joists, window frame, insulation, exterior siding, drywall for the interior ceiling and wall, a deck ledger board, and flashing, He showed up on time to evaluate the damage, arranged to have the damage reviewed by an engineer, and provided a price quote with a project description within a week. After we signed the contract, he began the work three weeks later. He completed the work in a week. He obtained the necessary permit, shored up the floor above, took out the damaged section, and reframed and finished the wall back to its original state (but with better construction methods and materials), and cleaned up. He even brought in a dumpster and a porta potty, which was very courteous. Mike, Rich, and Stephanie were very attentive, informative, timely, and professional during the entire process. I would gladly hire them again for a project of this depth and complexity.

It went exceptional. I would rehire Michael and trust Michael explicitly. He worked tirelessly on my bathroom and is very concerned about the quality of his work. He took the time to be sure that everything was done properly. He is now my go to contractor. I would wait for him to be available. I have hired many contractors as I am a property manager, Michael of Nobleport Construction was by far the most reliable, honest, forthright and dependable that I have come across. The bathroom renovation was a huge undertaking and I could not be happier with the outcome.

They got all the necessary insurance and paperwork. He did use an outside staging company to set up for the chimney removal, as the house is on a main road with a sidewalk below the chimney, for safety in case at any time the chimney fell (it didn't). The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and it was a thorough job. They take pride in their work and it shows in the results.

Michael was aggressive in his price to get the job and we are happy with the final product. The project took twice as long as we first thought due to various circumstances including waiting on inspections and significant rain, but all the contractors that worked with Michael were very polite, cleaned up after they were done and did good work. When we were unhappy with the quality of the tile floor installed, Michael redid the entire floor over and didn't charge us extra. We would definitely call him again for future projects.

Michael is one of the most responsive contractors I've ever dealt with. He answers his phone, and if he can't get to a call, he promptly returns it. Of the three contractors we asked for bids, he was the first to respond and the most enthusiastic about our project. His price was also very, very competitive, blowing away one bid and coming in just higher than another. Plus, he was able to fit in our project right away. Because we had such a small space to work with, both Michael and his carpenter were able to suggest good alternatives to our plan. His carpenter, by the way, was very good and a fast worker. The closet turned out great, and we're very happy with the work. We would (and probably will) hire O'Rourke Construction Services again.

Mr. O'Rourke at all times exhibited the utmost in professionalism, politeness and most of all, efficiency and effectiveness. Mr. O'Rourke's work crew was well mannered and professional. There were no cost overruns; we paid exactly the amount we were originally quoted ($4,500.00). The work was performed in exactly the amount of time we were quoted (three days). Most important, the quality of the work was excellent. Further, Mr. O'Rourke provides a one year warranty against damage or necessary alterations (none was necessary). I unequivocally recommend Mr. O'Rourke and his company to all of my friends and business associates due to the outstanding quality of his work, competitive pricing and timeliness.

VERY BAD REPAIR JOB. RUINED MY SIDING ON THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHILE TRYING TO CLEAN THE BRICK WITH ACID. ACID CANNOT COME OFF WITH ANY CLEANING SOLUTION USED. DIDN'T CLEAN UP AND LOOKED LIKE A SLOPPY JOB. JUST NOTICED AFTER THE WINTER MONTHS WITH ICE AND SNOW THAT THE FRONT STAIRS LOOK WORSE THAN EVER.

MICHAEL IS A REALLY NICE GUY, SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HOWEVER, AT THE TIME HE TOOK ON OUR JOB, HE PROBABLY SHOULDN'T HAVE; HE HAD TOO MUCH TO DO AT ONE TIME. ENDED UP INSTALLING OUR DOOR BEFORE IT WAS STAINED AND SEALED, SAID IT WOULDN'T MATTER. DOOR WAS NOT INSTALLED EVENLY, AND WAS ALMOST RUINED WHEN IT SNOWED/RAINED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF INSTALLATION. IT'S HARD TO PUT ON SEVERAL COATS OF PAINT AND SEALER WHEN IT IS 10 DEGREES OUT. HE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO HELP US MOVE THE DOOR INTO THE BASEMENT, OR AT LEAST INSISTED WE FINISH IT BEFORE INSTALLING IT (WE COULD HAVE EASILY DONE THIS IN THE GARAGE). HE INSISTED ON DOING THE DOOR IN ONE DAY, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS TOO DARK TO FINISH THE JOB CORRECTLY. MANY CANCELLATIONS AND DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. BROKE A LIGHT SWITCH, SEVERAL OTHER LITTLE THINGS. WE DID NOT WANT HIM TO FINISH THE ORIGINAL JOB; WE WILL GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE SHOWER AND OTHER WORK.

THE WORK CREW AT O'ROURKE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ARRIVED PROMPTLY EACH MORNING. THIS JOB WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER WHICH PROVIDED THE DEMOLITION SERVICES OF THE BASEMENT, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LIVING ROOM, BEDROOM AND BATHROOM WITH ALUMINUM STUDS AND SHEETROCK, NEW ELECTRICAL SERVICE, THE CLOSETS AND SHELVES FOR EXTRA STORAGE THAT I REQUESTED, AND A NEW WOODEN FRONT DOOR! I BELIEVE THE JOB WAS REASONABLY PRICED ESPECIALLY FOR THE QUALITY AND CUSTOM WORK PROVIDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND O'ROURKE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND HAD SOME GREAT IDEAS TO IMPROVE THE FLOW OF THE ROOMS. I WAS VERY THANKFUL FOR THE INPUT AND THE JOB CAME OUT GREAT. THEY ARE COMING BACK TO PUT IN A BAY WINDOW FOR ME IN A MONTH AND I KNOW IT WILL BE GREAT.
