Much of the completed work is unacceptable, i.e. the 2nd floor bath tub overflow drains through the new kitchen ceiling and lights, the toilet wobbles, kitchen drain/disposal leaks, new spigot leaks, no plumbing to one outside spigot, the utility sink and the washer drains through the foundation to the garage floor, shower doors open in due to lack of measured space, kitchen back splash is not done, bedroom and bathroom lights not installed, one outlet doesn't work, dimmer switches and additional lighting per contract not installed, wiring of bathroom lights/fan not wired separately per contract, door bells do not work, fireplace never purchased or installed per contract, hardwood oak floors throughout the house are inferior quality with may gouges and scrapes and are severely warped, many broken windows were not replaced as contracted and others were broken (glass, screens and frames), one replaced is not a Harvey as contracted, two doors do not latch closed, and three doors drag on the floors, an old vent in the roof was merely covered with a loose shingle tucked in, many holes were made in the siding that were not repaired, my front lawn and a tree were considerably damaged from a sheet rock delivery truck and not repaired as promised, outside windows not caulked as I was told, the basement/garage are barely started and the outside doors, and steps have not been repaired as contracted.  I needed to do the finish work of built in cabinets and purchase and install the hardware.  I've been in the home 3 months now and am watching it disintegrate.  All the materials used were the lowest of quality.   Two pieces of furniture disappeared from the house after demolition and were never returned.    
Noel has ignored three scheduled restart dates thus far and is asking for MORE money if I want him to come back.  I have a threatening message on my phone demanding more money from me or he will put a lean on my home.  He has been paid and did not do the work.

The owner is very responsive and if I make a call, he gets back to me 90% of the time. He is very accommodating in terms of working with me. They provide good customer service. Their price was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I have been satisfied with their service.
