Initially promised dates were kept, work progressed at reasonable rate. Near the end of the project, he was using an unlicensed plumber and the result was water damage to new vanities, leaking shower into the ground floor below which caused substantial water damage to ceilings, walls and light fixtures. When I contacted him to correct mistakes, he simply lied about returning and ultimately never returned and this was despite being paid in full. He simply failed to complete the work. There were parts of the project that were left undone and there were punchlist items that were uncompleted as well. I have worked in the construction industry my whole career and have worked with many many contractors. I would consider Mr. Bell dishonest as well as thoroughly unprofessional and unqualified.
