"All work was done in a professional manner. We met with all the subs and went and picked up all goods bought by customer at no cost to them. Met on Saturday, went over project and also fixed old leaks in basement and first floor. Customer gave me a key; they were not living in the house. We must be honest. All work was complete; we were not responsible for any other work. I did all kinds of extra work at no cost to the customer. I went back several times to meet and the customer was not home. They are always looking for extra work for nothing and used inferior fixtures from local hardware stores. I did not complain. Flooring was not top quality. I would have used better quality in this type of home. All my supplies were top quality; my work was done in a professional manner. I know they are trying to cheat me and make sure we make no profit, they succeeded."
