Ron cut down the shutters I supplied, however, he cut them unevenly, which resulted in substandard, jagged edges, he also did not re-paint the shutters as promised, nor did he supply hardware to re-hang them or install them, and they did not fit correctly in the windows after. I had to hire another company to repair and install the shutters Ron had damaged, (which of course, incurred an additional cost). Ron also never delivered the additional two sets of new composite plantation shutters we were promised he ordered for us in April. My husband and I made numerous phone calls, sent many texts and emails to both Ron personally and the Just Imagine email address and phone number that were met with lies or went completely ignored. We have repeatedly asked for a refund of our $1000 deposit, which was also blatantly disregarded. In the last few months, I have been informed of many other prior customers and interior designers who have been deceived by Ron and his company. It is very disturbing and alarming that someone so dishonest and corrupt is still permitted to repeatedly steal, scam and take advantage of hard working, unsuspecting consumers. Buyer Beware!!!
