Description of Work: I was looking for an assessment and estimate for repairs to the foundation/footings of a house I'm purchasing. The first thing that impressed me was that I received a call back the same day, from John himself. I had already contacted 2 other builders, but never received a call back. He looked at the house that same day, arrived there before I did, and after speaking with him, I could tell he had the knowledge and experience to do whatever repairs may be needed, and give me an honest estimate. The house clearly needed a lot of work, and I feel more confident about making the purchase now that I have a clear picture of what needs to be done, the expense involved, and especially knowing that I've found a competent contractor to do any repairs that are beyond my skills.

+ -1 moreHe had to take pieces of the floor out and replace some of the oak pieces. I would highly recommend them. He has done several jobs for me in the past. If there is a problem you can call him and he will come right back out and fix the issue.
Description of Work: Fixed up some stuff another contractor did. Removed oak patches in two rooms.
