Inspection and Testing Services

Mr. Cmar arrived before me (and I was 15 minutes early as it was) and had started looking at the exterior of the property before I arrived. When I got there, he went back over what he had already looked at and talked me through everything he'd seen. He answered all of my questions and since he was very familiar with homes in the Newburyport area, was able to compare this condo to other homes he'd seen in the area and comment on the quality of the construction and features. 
He took pictures throughout and sent me the inspection report in the evening on the same day of the inspection. He was very friendly and I was happy with his services. His price was incredibly reasonable and even included radon testing at no additional charge (other quotes I'd received were hundreds above what he charged and radon testing was an extra charge with those companies). I'd definitely recommend Mr. Cmar for home inspections in this area.
