My wife didn't like them. They did very little and they charged extra money. They did not come the first time they were supposed to and my wife waited the whole day. They were nice over the phone. When they arrived they cut a couple of bushes here and there. It was disappointing. They did something but it was under performance.

We did show up the day that was requested by you but no one was there. The front shrubs are also very very old and really couldn't be trimmed much otherwise there would be nothing left but sticks out of the ground. We also never received any feedback from you via phone or anything that you were unhappy, we would have most certainly tried to rectify the situation."

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That turned out fine actually. They came, they did and they went away and didn't leave a mess and did a nice job.

When i left them the supv said we don't use trash bags, we take care of it. Then i got a bill for $45 additional for disposal. This should be clear!

It went really well. We had an excellent experience with them. The bottom line, it was an unfortunate situation was that because we did all the consultation over the phone, they weren’t able to see the property before the day they came to do the work. So they were unable to do some of the work because I didn’t describe it appropriately so they didn’t have all the materials that they needed in order to do the whole job. We had purchased 8 hours and ultimately, we didn’t have 8 hours’ worth of work for them. I talked to the person afterwards and he was very willing to work with me to try to make up for that. The stuff that they did, they did a great job with. They were very responsive when I called them. They were great about giving us a discount in the future if we needed something done.

The service was good. The work was very hard. The foreman was very good. He knew what needed to be done and he directed the workers. He was at the home most of the time.

"Customer was one of the worst we have ever had. Agreed to a price we did a ton of work and then went missing for months. Almost had to take him to small claims court. Once finally tracked down he wiggled his way out of hundreds of dollars. Never again would we do work for this customer."

Moved a 15 year old tree, removed two other 15 year old trees and ground stumps. Transplanted a tree, cut out new garden area, pruned existing trees on site, raked and bagged all lawn areas. Everything done fast and expertly, very, very happy with their service.

Cont. from above..I contacted company and after much haggling he finally agreed he owed me two hours..we also agreed he would return to remove leaves(at that time leaves had not yet fallen)..I returned from a 3week vacation and called to have them come..all I can say is he is very difficult to work with and after a heated discussion about extra costs to remove leaves..call was terminated by me..I have always believed that the customer is usually right and it is always worth resolving an issue..however I did not get that from this company..

Green Pro were very professional. We met to go over the work needed andthen they showed up with in the agreed upon time and the cleaned up area looked terrific. They were a pleasure to work with. I'd hire again in a heartbeat.

Provider did not agree to honor the coupon as purchased. Coupon was for 1 landscaper for 8 hours or 2 landscapers for 4 hours each. Workers arrived and said they were told by the owner they could only work 2 hours each as they needed time to take debris to the dump. Coupon was for 8 hours of labor and leaving debris for curbside pickup. Since provider is not willing to provide additional hours to make-up for the 4 that I did not receive I will not use them again. The only reason I did not give them an F is that the two workers sent did a decent job for the time they were here.

It was okay. They were difficult to schedule, and once I did, they were kind of unenthusiastic about doing the work because I think they though of it as more work as opposed to just a landscape survey. I could tell the owner was not particularly happy that I wasn't going to spend another $500 on getting some sort of landscape architecture plan. It wasn't fun but the work was fine. I don't think it was particularly good or bad. They just used a leaf blower and stuff. Then after I got a bill for $30 for taking and he never told me and I thought that was horrible. I haven't paid it because first of all, he never notified me that there was going to be a charge and I don't see why I should pay for them taking some leaves away when they could have just left them in my lawn and the garbage man would have taken them for free.

"We were on time and there the day she requested. We were booked out for a while but not unresponsive. There was no landscape survey for $500 I simply gave them suggestions one things they could do to improve the yard. They also had purchased some trees they were going to plant themselves, I advised them not to plant them there as they would die (she appreciated that as it would have been a waste of their time and money). I then sent a quote later in the week as she requested for some additional major landscape work. The deal also clearly states that disposal fees are not included. Surprised to see such a poor review."

The service was top notch from start to finish. The owner called me to schedule an appointment. The workers showed up on time, were very friendly and responsive and did an excellent job. Everything I wanted to get done was accomplished within the timeframe I purchased. I highly recommend GreenPro and my yard looks gorgeous!

They did not call the day they came! I heard the leaf blower from my window and went out to see if it was GreenPro doing the work. They said the did a job down the street from our house so just started the work as they had the address. When I came out I explained all the work we needed done and it was no problem. They did a very nice clean up job of our yard. Just what we wanted.
