When I first spoke with the gentleman, he told me he would be coming out the following week- whenever he could make it. I told him what needed to be done and that he could come at his convenience- but he never came, nor contacted me again. Last week, I called and left a message and had no response. I then sent out an email and still got no response.

He was very nice. He is a young guy just starting out but seemed very knowledgable.

I was pleased and I probably would hire them; I just decided to postpone the landscaping project that I was considering.

We spoke with him in the fall; we informed him that we wanted to use the deal for the first part of our project, like a down payment. We had an appointment scheduled and he did not show up. When we finally got a hold of him, he said it was too late since it was winter; we asked him what we should do, either get a refund or have the work done in the Spring. He said that was fine we can schedule in March. We contacted him in March, he said it was too early since the weather still had not broken yet and to call back in a few weeks. We called him at the beginning of April and he said he has us on his schedule, but it is now the middle of May and we have still not heard anything. We have left multiple messages and he has not responded to any. I am now contacting Angie’s list to get in contact with him about this.

My wife didn't like them. They did very little and they charged extra money. They did not come the first time they were supposed to and my wife waited the whole day. They were nice over the phone. When they arrived they cut a couple of bushes here and there. It was disappointing. They did something but it was under performance.

See above. I would like to resolve this for a spring cleanup or similar service, but only if I have paid for it already. Otherwise, given their lack of service, I am not interested.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That turned out fine actually. They came, they did and they went away and didn't leave a mess and did a nice job.

When i left them the supv said we don't use trash bags, we take care of it. Then i got a bill for $45 additional for disposal. This should be clear!

It went really well. We had an excellent experience with them. The bottom line, it was an unfortunate situation was that because we did all the consultation over the phone, they weren’t able to see the property before the day they came to do the work. So they were unable to do some of the work because I didn’t describe it appropriately so they didn’t have all the materials that they needed in order to do the whole job. We had purchased 8 hours and ultimately, we didn’t have 8 hours’ worth of work for them. I talked to the person afterwards and he was very willing to work with me to try to make up for that. The stuff that they did, they did a great job with. They were very responsive when I called them. They were great about giving us a discount in the future if we needed something done.

Bought one of Angies List Big Deals with GreenPro for Landscaper for a day. Called GreenPro multiple times to schedule an appointment and they never returned my call so I am not looking to get a refund.

I bought this in August. I asked them to wait until Nov. to do my leaf raking. I called the 2nd week in nNov. and asked them to come and informed them that my towns leaf pick was Dec. 14. He called me back and said he came out to look at my yard, and the work was really a 650.00 job and it would cost me 150.00 to take away the leaves and pine needles. I did not want to pay any extra. I told him that I had a young adult rake and bag my yard in a day and I was puzzled as to why a professional company couldn't do the same. He said it was a "professional company" and have bigger expenses etc.....but I still couldn't figure out why if a 20 year can do my yard in a day, his professional person can't. Anyway...I asked him to come and do what he could in the 8 hour period. He hasn't called to schedule an apt and leaf pick up is this week. There is now snow and ice on my yard...and he will never be able to do it before Sat. so my leaves can sit till next Spring and I will hire a 20 year old who can do the yard work in a day and pay them.

The service was good. The work was very hard. The foreman was very good. He knew what needed to be done and he directed the workers. He was at the home most of the time.

Moved a 15 year old tree, removed two other 15 year old trees and ground stumps. Transplanted a tree, cut out new garden area, pruned existing trees on site, raked and bagged all lawn areas. Everything done fast and expertly, very, very happy with their service.

Cont. from above..I contacted company and after much haggling he finally agreed he owed me two hours..we also agreed he would return to remove leaves(at that time leaves had not yet fallen)..I returned from a 3week vacation and called to have them come..all I can say is he is very difficult to work with and after a heated discussion about extra costs to remove leaves..call was terminated by me..I have always believed that the customer is usually right and it is always worth resolving an issue..however I did not get that from this company..

Green Pro were very professional. We met to go over the work needed andthen they showed up with in the agreed upon time and the cleaned up area looked terrific. They were a pleasure to work with. I'd hire again in a heartbeat.

The GreenPro team was on time and very professional as advertised. The clean-up work made the yard so much neater and the decision to use sod has worked out great.

Contractor was very professional in his follow up. He was courteous and good at communicating

They did a great job. My back yard was like a jungle and they really cleaned it up nice. I was totally amazed. They took all yard waste away with them. They were great!!

Provider did not agree to honor the coupon as purchased. Coupon was for 1 landscaper for 8 hours or 2 landscapers for 4 hours each. Workers arrived and said they were told by the owner they could only work 2 hours each as they needed time to take debris to the dump. Coupon was for 8 hours of labor and leaving debris for curbside pickup. Since provider is not willing to provide additional hours to make-up for the 4 that I did not receive I will not use them again. The only reason I did not give them an F is that the two workers sent did a decent job for the time they were here.

It was okay. They were difficult to schedule, and once I did, they were kind of unenthusiastic about doing the work because I think they though of it as more work as opposed to just a landscape survey. I could tell the owner was not particularly happy that I wasn't going to spend another $500 on getting some sort of landscape architecture plan. It wasn't fun but the work was fine. I don't think it was particularly good or bad. They just used a leaf blower and stuff. Then after I got a bill for $30 for taking and he never told me and I thought that was horrible. I haven't paid it because first of all, he never notified me that there was going to be a charge and I don't see why I should pay for them taking some leaves away when they could have just left them in my lawn and the garbage man would have taken them for free.

I contacted the provider 3 times, he finally called me back after the third attempt, said he will put me on the schedule for the following week. Did not come. Waited 2 weeks for them to show up! Called today, seemed perplexed that no one had come, said he was not the only one that makes the schedule, appeared unconcerned about the service, horrible customer service. Will request a refund on the deal from Angie's list-don't trust them to show up at this point.

The service was top notch from start to finish. The owner called me to schedule an appointment. The workers showed up on time, were very friendly and responsive and did an excellent job. Everything I wanted to get done was accomplished within the timeframe I purchased. I highly recommend GreenPro and my yard looks gorgeous!

They were prompt. They came out and explained what they were planning to do and stuck to it. Everything went fine.

They did not call the day they came! I heard the leaf blower from my window and went out to see if it was GreenPro doing the work. They said the did a job down the street from our house so just started the work as they had the address. When I came out I explained all the work we needed done and it was no problem. They did a very nice clean up job of our yard. Just what we wanted.

Everything went as promised. Came when they said they would and did exactly what they were asked to do. They gave their professional recommendations, which we went with, and were 100% correct. They also offered to remove all the debris (which was clearly stated not included in the deal) for $30. Needless to say, for that reasonable price, we did it. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.
