Donna Michaels Carpet and Flooring Store

When I entered the store I was greeted by the owner (Michael) and I proceeded to tell him my flooring needs.  Having a dog, 2 cats and 3 kids I was partial to a laminate flooring for our family room and never really considered re-carpeting that room.  Michael suggested a solution dyed nylon berber carpet that would be easy to maintain, long wearing, never fade and most importantly stain resistant.  He showed us various manufacturers from his wide selection and we decided on Hollytex based on his recommendation.  We picked the color and setup the installation date a week later. 
The installers arrived at 8AM as previously arranged and began to move the furniture out of the room and rip up the old carpeting.  Within 4 hours we had new carpeting installed and the furniture returned to the room.  It was a smooth installation by a very courteous crew of 3.  Later that day we received a call from Michael asking if we were happy with our purchase and if everything went accordingly.  That's a very rare customer service follow up which proves that he sincerely cares about his customers and service after the sale.  We highly recommend him and will be using him again when the bedroom flooring needs replacement.
