To sum it up, I would say he is expensive but his work is perfect. He does a very good job and his estimates are accurate. In the past he replaced some window frames that were rotting and he replaced some clapboards outside of our house that was rotting. We are in the process of engaging him to rebuild part of our front porch that is starting to rot, and also replacing some wood up around the roof-line of our house. I think his price is pretty expensive compared to other people but he does excellent, excellent work. He is like a perfectionist which is what you want when someone is fixing your house.
