This company arrived at scheduled time, did installation of a ductless air conditioning unit (Mr. Slim- we have a post and beam home with no existing ductwork to install AC), and answered all questions before leaving. They cleaned up after the job and were careful of outside plantings when installing the outside condenser unit. I was concerned about how the unit would look, both inside and outside- they worked with us to do the install so it would function correctly, but also so it would not be visually intrusive. The unit was selected correctly for the space needing cooling. It is whisper quiet and replaced an old, inefficient, noisy window unit. I had to ask if it was on when it was first on and they were testing, it is so quiet. It does a great job cooling, dehumidifies, and we had no increase in our electric bill. Highly recommend this company.
