I had a circuit go out that I couldn't get to reset, so I called several local electricians hoping for a quick turnaround. This was the first one that was answered by a live person, and he talked me through how to reset the circuit successfully, saving me the delay and cost of a service visit. He was very professional and generous in not turning this into a money-making opportunity. They're now at the top of my list for future service.
