Soft Tub

They shipped the soft tub to my home. My problem is that earlier this year, I noticed a depression the size of an dinner plate located on the cover. It puffs up when running when lid is closed. When I called the company with my concern, they asked if i placed anything heavy on it or if there is a lot of snow fall. I told them we do not set anything heavy on it. I asked If it could have happened before it was shipped and the company said that is not a possibility because of the excessive training of their team. They insisted it could not have been damaged in the ware house. When I bought the item, I asked if it had a UV sterilizer. The company said yes. Both salesman were there. I had the item for a month or two and i contacted them back and wanted Ozone. I had to send it back and have the pump unit replaced. I also found out that they do not have UV bulbs in them. I think it is wrong to been told that I had an UV sterilizer when I do not. The lid is 4' in diameter. To replace half of the lid is $120.00.
