Called my Fleet to have a repair. I called Safelite and they got my Cell # and Email. I got a confirmation on both email and Text (telephone) that I would have the service anywhere from 12 Noon to 5 PM . Even got a "bio" of the Tech who would call me up when he was on his way to my home. At 4:30 pm I felt that I needed to follow up to see when the Tech would be here. I called the main office and was told he was not going to come and they had no explanation to why no phone call or text to let me know. They offered to reschedule but my schedule was full for my own Customers. I asked for a Manager to speak to and was told that I would get a call early in the eve. No call at all and I confirmed my phone # which is the same one that they had.This sealed the deal. I called my Fleet and my National Company and made a complaint and now the process of having Safe Lite removed from the list of preferred providers for autoglass when a Fleet driver calls for service. I since have had my window repaired at another Auto Glass store (non Safelite) and the work was done perfect.

The first time they came out they addressed the crack by filling it with resign. About a year and half later it started to spider. They didn't even hesitate to replace the whole windshield at no charge to me. I think they are a fantastic company. They are on the money, and very prompt. They also send you a picture of the person who will come out and perform the work.

They were excellent, he was willing to explain the process of how it was done and gave me a warranty for as long as I have my car. He did it really fast, and it was just so pleasant though. He did extra, he washed the windows and vacuumed the car.
