Furniture - Sales
The shopping experience overall was good. I had specially ordered a table and chairs that would take about 8 weeks to come in, and about 4 weeks later I received a phone call telling me that my table was not going to be in production anymore. This was not a Regal House created issue, and they took complete responsibility for the problem. I ended up purchasing a more expensive table and chairs and they did not charge me. The delivery was very smooth, they were prompt and professional. I would definately use them again
