 + -1 moreThe shopping experience overall was good. I had specially ordered a table and chairs that would take about 8 weeks to come in, and about 4 weeks later I received a phone call telling me that my table was not going to be in production anymore. This was not a Regal House created issue, and they took complete responsibility for the problem. I ended up purchasing a more expensive table and chairs and they did not charge me. The delivery was very smooth, they were prompt and professional. I would definately use them again
Description of Work: I went to numerous stores in search of furniture for my new home. Must have been to 6+ furniture stores before going to Regal House. Everyone there was so very friendly and worked around my time, my budget and my taste. I wanted very modern furniture and for a store that focuses more on classic, they had plenty fo rme to choose from, and had many options on things that could be ordered. I had everything delivered to my new home on 3rd floor.
