I came home on a Friday evening to a mess on the floor from an overflow of the washing machine drain pipe which is connected to the sink pipe. We tried everything we could think of to unclog the drain. We tried to call a few companies to fix it but only got a call back from this company from Joe Fagundes. He said the earliest he could come was Monday since he was out of town. We decided to see if another company could come sooner but had no luck. We called Joe back and he came to our house on Monday. After checking out the situation he knew exactly how to attack the problem and freed the clog and was done in less than an hour. He was very nice and was careful to not make a mess and did clean up whatever mess was made. When he gave me the bill, I was very happy with the price and thrilled that the problem was solved!
We would highly recommend Rapid Rooter to anyone one and would definitely call him again if needed!
