I was scammed by this buisness. Everything I purchased here was broken. I reported in June that the seal of one of the sliders I purchased was broken, they came to look and said it would be here at the end of June. It's been one excuse after another - every week its a new one. I paid top dollar for these sliders. I also purchased 5 basic windows, each of which does not close, the top half of the window does not stay up - they slide down leaving it open at the top. If I nail it shut I lose the tilt for cleaning feature. All the screen doors on the 3 sliding glass doors I purchased are broken, they don't lock and blow open in the wind. They don't take my calls. I know my number is blocked because my friends call and get through just fine but my phone gets a message that says they will be with me in a moment and then a recording that says they can't answer at this time - try later. That's a pretty sophisticated way to get rid of people trying to follow up with them. Looked on Yelp at this business and they have done this to 3 other women! Same story!
