He came and looked under the sink and said I needed a whole new faucet. I told him it was brand new and then he said it needed a new part. In the mean time, I had to change the towel every day to make sure the wood did not rot. 3 ? weeks later, I came to discover the hose was just loose. Then I called him and asked if the part was in. It didn?t come in until 4 weeks after he looked at it. It shouldn?t have taken that long for a part to come in for a brand new faucet. When he finally came back with the part, he charged me $38 for that and $60 for a whole hour of labor, when he wasn't even here for an hour. He also said that if I paid him in cash, he would charge me less. He is a thief. He didn't even touch my sink; all he did was look at it. Overall, he charged me for a part I did not need and labor he did not perform.
