They sent a latex 300.00 foam mattress not the one we have to replace. It contains Latex! Told them I'm highly allergic The nurse from the company came out a saw and apologies Nothing for several hours has been done to rectify. They put my health I'm on hospice at risk! Besides having FedEx drop off this foam latex mattress my poor husband had to drag in to drag our mattress they destroyed down stairs to not even be the one we were assured would be delivered ! Cruel and disgusted I'm lucky I didn't sleep in this bed ( because it's so uncomfortable ) because of the latex and I had just had a central line put in on Friday. This company should be **** down! My mattress is option mattress there's is the no name that is latex and only foam! Norm memeory foam like ours.
